Refund and Cancellation Policy

Punelist sells digital products, including PDF files and business database reports. Since these products are delivered in digital format, all purchases are considered final once the payment has been successfully completed.

1. Cancellation Before Purchase

If you decide not to purchase a digital product, you can simply click the Cancel or Close button on the payment page, close your browser, or return to the Punelist home page. No payment will be processed if the purchase has not been completed successfully.

2. No Cancellation or Refund After Successful Purchase

Once an order has been successfully completed and payment has been received, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Due to the digital nature of our products, downloaded or delivered PDF files cannot be returned. Therefore, customers are requested to review the product details carefully before completing their purchase.

3. Payment Completed but Product Not Received

If your payment has been successfully completed but you have not received the PDF download link or the PDF file by email, please contact us within 24 hours of the payment.
