How do I choose the right database?
Check the product description for its location, industry, file format, listed fields and coverage. Contact us before ordering if you need help choosing a list for a specific requirement.
Are the files in Excel or PDF format?
The format depends on the product. Refer to the listing to see what is included. Choose an Excel database for spreadsheet work or a PDF directory for document browsing, where available.
Which company details are included?
Fields vary between products. Check the individual listing for available company details and contact information. Not every record necessarily includes every field.
How do I purchase and download a database?
Choose a product, add it to your cart or select Buy Now, and complete checkout. Once payment is confirmed and your order is eligible for download, use the download links provided with your order or in your account.
What if my payment or download does not work?
Contact us with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the issue. Please do not send passwords or card security details.
How current is the information?
Business details change over time. Check the listing for update information and verify important details before using them. A directory cannot guarantee that every contact will remain current or respond to outreach.
Can I request a custom company list?

Can I get a refund?
