Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in automation frameworks using Python / Java
- Web application automation (Selenium / Playwright)
- REST API testing and related tooling (e.g. Postman)
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GIT, BitBucket, Docker
- Agile / DevOps mindset and experience
- Good knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC, documentation

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Define, develop, and maintain automated test suites (web and API)
- Translate Gherkin/Cucumber feature files into executable automated tests
- Ensure code quality (PEP8 for Python), follow OOP design principles, best practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, interact with stakeholders and cross functional teams
- Own deliverables end to end, with a ‘First Time Right’ approach
- Document test cases, results, and test strategy artifacts
- Support CI/CD pipelines integration, ensure automation runs in Jenkins / pipelines
- Validate software quality via unit tests, integration tests, functional & regression tests
