Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role with a focus on customer engagement
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with technical and executive audiences through impromptu whiteboard sessions, presentations, and demos.
- Strong hands-on experience in working with one or more public cloud providers like AWS, GCP, Azure
- Proficient in one of the following programming languages: Golang, Python, Java
- Extensive experience in one of the following scripting languages: Python, Ruby, Perl, Bash.
- Ability to travel and work on-site with customers as needed in a short notice. There is a possibility to travel for about 40% of the time.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Possess extensive technical expertise on all aspects of Sibros
- Ensure Sibros deployments follow best practices and facilitate knowledge transfer for customers to extend the capabilities of the platform independently
- Partner with customers to provide hands-on implementation best practices on Sibros technology and effectively communicate them to the customer
- Stay up-to-date on competitive and complementary technologies and vendors, and understand how to position Sibros in relation to them
- Work as a consultant and deep technical expert for System Integrators to successfully deploy Sibros in customer environments
- Provide guidance on how to resolve customer-specific technical challenges
- Support the development of other Professional Services team members’ expertise
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously enhance Sibros’s products and marketing strategies.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and their requirements without losing focus.
