Refund and Cancellation policy
The Punelist store sell PDF file in digital format so once you buy it you can not cancel or return the PDF file, PDF files are in digital format so the return is not applicable
If the user doesn’t want to purchase a PDF file user can click on the Cancel button or Close the browser or they can go to the home page.
If the user done a payment successfully but still user does not receive the PDF file download link or PDF file email, the User can mail us at contact@punelist.com or punelist1@gmail.com within 24 hours we resolve your issue. Users need to send an email with a payment receipt screenshot attachment.
